For educators looking for an introduction to Structured Literacy in the classroom and via a tiered support system. This workshop is delivered online.

Run over one day Workshop 1 will include:

  • What is a Structured Literacy approach?

  • The importance of phonemic awareness

  • How to use a scope and sequence

  • Decodable books

  • Lesson plan – whole class, group and individual

  • Assessment, data collection and reporting

  • Orthographic Mapping

Includes a shared drive of resources and printed materials.
